As a leader, it's important to make sure that morale among your troops is high; it boosts productivity, improves quality of work, and helps build respect for you. Simple things can go a long way towards increasing your troops' spirits. For example buying all of your troops lunch on Fridays is great for morale… and speaking of spirits, taking them all out for drinks after work occasionally is also a good idea.
